About MCAB Tours & Travels
A Kochi travel desk that answers the same number at 3 AM.
MCAB Tours & Travels is a Cochin-based travel desk run by Manu Mathew. We started with one sedan on the Nedumbassery airport run and grew into a full fleet because guests kept asking us to handle the rest of the trip too — the boat, the room, the return tickets.
Fourteen years and thousands of trips later, the way we work has not changed: a clean, GPS-tracked vehicle with a driver who has actually driven the Ghat roads in monsoon, a houseboat that is the one in the photograph, hotels that honour what we quoted, and confirmed flight, train and bus tickets before you leave home.

How do I book, and do I pay in advance?
Use the four-step booking form on this page, WhatsApp us, or call. You get a written quote first; a token advance confirms the vehicle or boat and the balance is paid during the trip. Nothing is charged by this website.
What is included when you book a cab?
Vehicle, driver, fuel and MVP. Driver night halt, tolls, parking and state permits are billed at actuals and printed on the trip sheet, so nothing appears after the journey is over.
Do you really pick up at 2 AM from COK?
Yes, 24×7 — airport transfers run all night with no night surcharge, and we track the flight so waiting time after a delay is not billed to you.
Which documents do I need to carry?
A government photo ID per guest (Aadhaar, passport, driving licence or voter ID) for hotel and houseboat check-in, and a print or soft copy of the booking confirmation we send on WhatsApp.
Can you book flight, train and bus tickets too?
That is one of our core services. Domestic and international air tickets, IRCTC train reservations including waitlist and tatkal advice, and KSRTC or private bus seats with berth selection.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before pickup on most packages; 24–72 hours is a 25% charge; under 24 hours we recover actual hotel and boat penalties and show you the statements. Tickets follow the airline, railway or operator rules, which we state in writing before booking.
Do you handle large groups and corporate travel?
Yes — up to 90 guests across multiple luxury buses and tempo travellers, with GST invoices, advance billing and a single point of contact for the operations desk.
Are the vehicles suitable for the Ghat roads in monsoon?
Every vehicle is service-timed with tyre and brake checks before a hill itinerary, and we assign drivers who run those routes weekly. If a road closes we reroute the same evening at our cost.
